Why Townline

Important updates should not depend on a broken page or one overextended staff member.

A municipal website might need a council packet posted before 5:00 PM, a road closure at 6:00 PM, and an emergency notice at 9:00 PM. A nonprofit might be running a campaign, accepting registrations, and updating eligibility details with the same small team. The website has to keep up without becoming another full-time job.

Eddy Elkhashab and Nicholas Brooks founded Townline in Maine to handle both sides of that problem. Nicholas works with clients on priorities, content, and service paths. Eddy turns those decisions into a fast, maintainable website and a dependable launch process.

Nicholas has always had a love for technology and practical problem-solving. At Townline, he leads discovery, listens closely to what clients and their communities need, and turns those conversations into a clear project direction. When he is not working, he is often out playing disc golf.
