Who is responsible for this site
Townline Digital Solutions LLC is a Maine limited liability company established on July 21, 2026. Townline Digital Solutions is the company's public-facing name.
Project inquiries
When online delivery is enabled, the information you submit is processed by our email-delivery provider and delivered to both Townline founders at eddyelkhashab@townlinedigitalsolutions.com and nicholasbrooks@townlinedigitalsolutions.com. The provider also sends a separate confirmation email to the email address you enter. That email confirms delivery but does not repeat your project information. The website does not intentionally save a second database copy. If online delivery cannot be confirmed, the form preserves your entries and prepares an email to both founders. That prepared email is not sent until you press Send in your email application.
Information you provide
An inquiry may include your name, email, phone number, optional fax number, organization, current website, organization type, project needs, timeline, budget range, and message. Do not include passwords, payment information, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.
Spam prevention
The form uses limited technical checks, duplicate-send protection, and short-term request throttling intended to reduce automated abuse. These checks do not profile visitors for advertising.
Technical information
Our hosting and email providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, delivery status, and error information. This site does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
How inquiry emails are handled
Townline keeps inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for third-party advertising.
Your choices
You can avoid the form and email both founders at eddyelkhashab@townlinedigitalsolutions.com and nicholasbrooks@townlinedigitalsolutions.com. You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.
